Refund Policy

At Thrive2Five, we want everyone to feel supported and confident in the value of our webinars and resources.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or booking confirmation. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Refunds may not be granted if:
​
  • The webinar has already taken place and was attended.

  • A refund has previously been issued for a similar reason.

  • For physical resources, the items have been altered (e.g., cut, marked, or written on), especially where supplied in uncut format and modified after delivery.

For Physical Resource Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ann@thrive2five.com, ideally including photos of the damage.

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Returned physical items must be:

  • In unused, original condition

  • Sent back in their original packaging

  • Returned at the customer’s expense unless the item was faulty or incorrect

Unable to Attend a Webinar?
​

We understand life with young children can be unpredictable. If technical issues or emergencies prevent you from attending a webinar, please let us know as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to reschedule you or offer an alternative.
